Shipping & delivery


Delivery Fee instruction:

Delivery within Taiwan main island

Free delivery for the amount of order above NTD2000.

Amount of Order less than NTD 2000 charge NTD 80 as delivery fee.

Shipping services in Taiwan are currently limited to the main island of Taiwan.

If natural disaster occurs, follow the logistics firms’ shipping procedure.

Oversea Delivery

1. Oversea delivery limited to the list region: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, and Canada.

2. Due to overseas delivery weight and package size restrictions, the total weight of a single order is limited to less than 5 KG.

If a single order is more than 5KG (inclusive), please assist in ordering separately and will be shipped separately.

3. Follow Chunghwa Post International Express EMS shipping fee standards, please refer to Chunghwa Post Global Information Website for shipping fee standards.

4. Different countries have different regulations; therefore, it might charge the import tax when order arrive your country.

5. The international shipping price will vary accordingly to the sum weight of the quantity of the product you order.

Note: Chunghwa Post does not deliver on holidays or Saturdays or Sundays, and orders made on holidays or Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the next working day.

1.    After ordering online, it will be shipped out within 2~3 working days, and the delivery will be arranged according to first come first serve basis.

2.    If you have special requirements or specify the arrival date and convenient receiving time for delivery, please be sure to fill in the "Note" column when making the order.

3.    Please assist to provide your contact phone number when making order. To let the Logistics able to contact you for order receiving. If he cannot contact you, it may cause the delay in receiving the products.

Sales & refunds


Return/Exchange Policy

1.    Due to personal hygiene issues, the free return within 7 days is not applicable to the products that have been opened, and they cannot be returned or exchanged when they are opened.

2.    Special discounts, combination products, promotional activity on customers purchase amount equal to or above specific threshold amount, if the number or amount of the promotional discounts is not reached after the return/exchange, the reserved products will be restored to the original price.

3.    After return, if the remaining amount of order is not reached the promotion threshold for free gift, the gifts and returned goods both need to be returned.

4.    If the return is incomplete (return should include product, gift, inner/outer package, and all accessories), it would not start to process the return procedure. 

5.    Exchange: products can only be replaced by the same products. We do not offer the exchange for the different products.

6.    In order to protect your return rights, please contact the customer service specialist within 3 working days after submitting the return application. If the specialist cannot reach with you, your return application will be cancelled. We would like to sincerely apologize if any inconvenience cause to you.

7.    After you receive the goods, if the goods are damaged or scratched due to non-artificial factors, or the packaging is damaged during transportation, please inform and attached photos to us within 3 days after receiving the goods. We will carry out the authentication of the packaging defects or damages, and then after confirming the condition, we will arrange to resend the products.(If it occurs on Saturdays or Sundays or a public holiday, you can contact us by LINE message to explain the situation and attach a photo. Wet will reply as soon as possible during working hours.)

8.    After the 7 days of receiving goods or if you do not provide photos, we would not able to assist to process the return/exchange application.

9.    After the product of order returned, only the actual payment amount of product will be refund, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

10.  In your original order amount reach the threshold of free shipping, you would have no payment on shipping fee. Once you apply for refund of products in that order, then the actual amount in that order might not reach the threshold of free shipping, then the amount of your refund will be deducted the shipping fee.

 

Return/Exchange Process

1.         Submitting a return/exchange application within 7 days after receiving the goods, the product should be kept in a complete condition. (Note: The product must be intact, unopened and in an undamaged condition).

2.     Please call +886-2-27120159 or email to kg899.enterprise@gmail.com, and provide your order number, name, and contact number.

3.     The shipping fee for returning the goods and the handling charge for refunds shall be borne by the buyer.

4.     After receiving the product, and confirming its completely and correctly, the refund will be processed for you.

5.     The refund procedure is estimated 10 working days.

 

Refund instructions

When you have completed all the return procedures, and we have received all the goods you returned. The product must be intact, unopened and in an undamaged condition. Please provide the correct remittance account number, account name, bank name, swift code (if applicable) and bank address. We will make the refund within 10 working days. If the remittance account number, account name, bank name, swift code (if applicable) and bank address you provide is incorrect, the refund cannot be processed.
